Anti-counterfeit and unauthorized use

JADASH PRODUCTS® may review reports involving suspected counterfeit goods, copied or altered product photography, unauthorized use of trademarks or logos, misleading claims of affiliation, imitation designs, copied listings, materially different goods presented in a confusing manner, and violations of written reseller, wholesale, distribution, or licensing agreements.

Only businesses with current written authorization from Innovation Agüero LLC may identify themselves as an Authorized JADASH PRODUCTS® Seller, distributor, licensee, or partner.

Preserve evidence before reporting

When reporting a suspicious listing, preserve the seller name, listing URL, marketplace, screenshots, date observed, product images, pricing, minimum-order information, messages, and other relevant evidence when available.

Authenticity questions

If a product, listing, seller, image, or commercial claim appears inconsistent with JADASH branding or approved product presentation, contact JADASH PRODUCTS® or use the reporting resources above.
