Order changes
If you need to request a change, contact JADASH PRODUCTS® as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing, packing, fulfillment, or shipment.
Cancellation requests
Cancellation requests are reviewed individually. Submitting a request does not guarantee that an order can be cancelled.
Shipping-address corrections
Customers are responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. Address corrections may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
