Authorization Is Written

A seller is not an Authorized JADASH PRODUCTS® Seller unless Innovation Agüero LLC has provided current written authorization. Listing, purchasing, reselling, dropshipping, advertising, or possessing a genuine JADASH product does not by itself create authorization, distributorship, licensing rights, partnership status, or permission to use JADASH brand assets.

Authorized Seller Rules

Authorized sellers must follow the terms of their written agreement, including any applicable rules concerning marketplaces, territories, product presentation, trademarks, copyrighted content, packaging, and sales channels. Authorization may be suspended or revoked according to those terms.

Report Misrepresentation

If a seller claims to be authorized, official, affiliated, licensed, or partnered with JADASH PRODUCTS® without permission, please report the listing through our Report IP Infringement page.
