Brand Use Guidelines

JADASH PRODUCTS® brand materials are proprietary assets of Innovation Agüero LLC and may not be copied, altered, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially except as permitted by law or by written authorization.

Protected Brand Materials

These materials may include the JADASH PRODUCTS® name and logos, original product photos and videos, website and marketing copy, packaging artwork, product presentations, graphics, model images, and other original content.

Seller and Partner Use

Only currently authorized sellers, distributors, licensees, and partners may use JADASH-provided brand materials under the scope of their written permission. Permission may be limited or revoked under the applicable agreement.

No False Affiliation

No seller may falsely state or imply that it is official, authorized, sponsored, licensed, endorsed, partnered with, or otherwise affiliated with JADASH PRODUCTS® or Innovation Agüero LLC.
