Marketplace Enforcement
Marketplace Enforcement
JADASH PRODUCTS® may monitor Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, Alibaba, AliExpress, Temu, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Instagram, independent websites, wholesale platforms, and other sales channels for suspected misuse of JADASH intellectual property or false brand affiliation.
Potential Violations Reviewed
Examples include counterfeit products; copied or altered photos and videos; unauthorized trademark or logo use; false claims of being an authorized seller, distributor, licensee, or partner; confusing imitation designs; materially different goods marketed in a confusing manner; and violations of written reseller, distribution, wholesale, or licensing agreements.
Enforcement Actions
Depending on the facts and applicable rights, JADASH PRODUCTS® may document evidence, send notices, submit platform intellectual-property or counterfeit reports, request correction or removal of infringing content, terminate contractual authorization, restrict future wholesale supply, or pursue other available remedies.
Marketplace enforcement is based on applicable intellectual-property, contractual, consumer-protection, and other rights. This page does not state that every resale of a genuine product is unlawful.
