JADASH PRODUCTS® reviews wholesale, distributor, professional, retail, and partnership requests individually.

Approval Required

An inquiry, application, order, or quote request does not by itself create authorization, exclusivity, distributorship, licensing rights, or permission to represent JADASH PRODUCTS®.

Authorized Sales Channels

Approved accounts must comply with their written agreement, including any restrictions concerning marketplaces, territories, products, dropshipping, advertising, trademarks, copyrighted assets, packaging, and other sales channels. Where an agreement restricts a channel, selling through that channel without written permission may constitute a contractual violation and may result in suspension or termination of authorization or supply.

Brand Use

Use of JADASH PRODUCTS® logos, photos, videos, product descriptions, packaging artwork, or other proprietary brand assets requires written permission except where use is otherwise permitted by law.

Enforcement

JADASH PRODUCTS® may investigate counterfeit activity, misleading affiliation, intellectual-property misuse, copied listings, and violations of written reseller, wholesale, distribution, or licensing agreements.

Nothing in these terms is intended to restrict lawful resale rights that may apply independently of a written agreement under governing law.
