Important Seller Notice

Only businesses with current written authorization from Innovation Agüero LLC may identify themselves as an Authorized JADASH PRODUCTS® Seller, distributor, licensee, or partner.

Authorization may be limited by product, territory, marketplace, sales channel, term, or other written conditions. JADASH may suspend or revoke authorization in accordance with the applicable agreement.

What We Monitor

We may monitor marketplaces, social media, wholesale platforms, independent stores, and other online channels for counterfeit products, copied product photos or videos, unauthorized use of trademarks or logos, false claims of affiliation, imitation designs, misleading listings, materially different goods presented in a confusing manner, and violations of written reseller or distributor agreements.

Enforcement

Where appropriate, JADASH PRODUCTS® may preserve evidence, contact the seller or platform, submit intellectual-property or counterfeit reports, request correction or removal of infringing content, and pursue contractual or legal remedies available to Innovation Agüero LLC.

Nothing in this notice is intended to restrict lawful resale rights that may apply under governing law.

Report Suspicious Listings
